Our Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used topical and skincare items (oils, sprays, serums, scrubs) cannot be returned once opened, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@shopvsky.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@shopvsky.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
