What’s included
Your order is placed through a certified Theriome practitioner partner and ships directly from Theriome’s facility. You’ll receive your at-home collection kit with full instructions. Once processed, your results will be shared by your practitioner to the email address you provide at checkout.
Turnaround times
Kits are usually shipped the next business day after your order. Delivery then takes 3–4 business days within the US, or 3–6 business days for international orders. Once your returned sample is received at the lab, processing takes two weeks or less. When your results are ready, you’ll receive them by email at the address you provided when ordering.
Collected samples remain stable for up to 10 weeks.
Pricing
Shipping within the US is a standard flat rate of $9.99. International orders ship at a flat rate of $70, plus a $30 international order handling fee — both reflected in your cart total before you check out.
